The Client Experience

Your client experience starts with a casual introduction and ends with the peace of mind that your financial life is on track for success. At Gilbertson Management Group we do things differently than the typical insurance or financial organization.

We begin the journey with an Introductory meeting. The purpose of this conversation is to make sure Gilbertson Management is a good fit for you and you are a good fit for us. We take a focused approach when interviewing new prospects and accept only those clients when we have every confidence of exceeding their expectations. This process assures that our current clients are not disadvantaged by future client relationships.

After determining there is merit to exploring a long-term relationship, we will have a Discovery meeting. At this point we will find out pertinent information about your financial situation. The goal is to uncover significant information in order to build a sound financial plan. In order to make sure all facts are correct, we hold a separate meeting to Confirm no assumptions have been made.

After analyzing the data which we have collected, we present your Strategic Map. This will map out where you are today, and where you are with respect to your goals and future dreams. Your Strategic Map also includes detailed portfolio and summary of all financial holdings. Often times we will discover a recommendation which will help you achieve those goals or an instance which could threaten your goals.

Once we agree on the best course of action, we will meet to Implement those recommendations. We make it a point never to choose a recommendation which you do not fully understand. Information is a priority and you must understand the working parts of any insurance, investment or other strategy.

At this stage we will Monitor your tailored strategy and revisit it, with a phone call or a meeting, 90 days after our initial meeting. If everything is on track we will contact you each quarter and sit down for a face-to-face Review each year.

Our well equipped office space can comfortably accommodate individuals, families and board of directors. We are willing to meet you at your convenience during regular business hours but additionally can accommodate mornings, Saturdays and two available evening appointments each week.
