Kim Nichols

Kim Nichols was born and raised in Litchfield, Minnesota, and brings over 30 years of professional experience in office management and client services.  She began her career with Strom Engineering Inc., where she spent two decades managing payroll, accounts receivable, and a wide range of administrative responsibilities that kept operations running smoothly.

In 1992, Kim moved to the Willmar area to raise her two children and has since become a dedicated member of the community.

Kim joined Gilbertson Management in 2014, playing a key role in the transition and integration of Fladeboe Financial Services into the firm.  Her exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple projects at once help ensure both the office and our clients remain well-supported and on track.  Kim also supports Curt Schlenner and his Medicare / Health Insurance practice in the office.

Outside of work, Kim is passionate about the outdoors.  She enjoys hiking, swimming, snow skiing, and birdwatching—but gardening is her true happy place.  When she’s not in the office, chances are you’ll find her digging in the dirt, cultivating beauty and peace in her garden.
